Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to Breakthrough in the Desert 2026 ("the event"), you agree to these terms.

Tickets

• Non-refundable: all ticket purchases are non-refundable.
• Transferable until July 1, 2026: you may transfer your ticket to a spouse, friend, or anyone else at no additional cost by emailing support@fitfatherproject.com before July 1, 2026.
• Early-bird pricing: early-bird rates are valid through Father's Day, Sunday June 21, 2026. After that date, standard pricing applies.
• Payment plans: 3-pay installments are offered through our checkout provider, with no interest. Missed payments may result in ticket cancellation without refund of payments already made.

Event participation

• You are responsible for your own travel, lodging, and incidental expenses.
• You participate in all activities (workouts, breathwork, cold plunge, yoga, ceremony) at your own discretion and risk. See our Health Disclaimer.
• Conference programming is reserved for attendees ages 15 and over.
• We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any attendee whose conduct is disruptive, threatening, or unsafe.

Photo and video release

Our team will photograph and record video throughout the event. By attending, you grant The Fit Father Project and The Fit Mother Project the right to use your likeness in future marketing and community storytelling, in perpetuity. You may opt out at registration.

Faculty & schedule changes

The published faculty lineup, agenda, and venue arrangements are subject to change. Material changes will be communicated to registered attendees as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued for faculty substitutions.

Force majeure

If the event is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, public health emergencies, natural disaster, or government action), tickets will be honored at a rescheduled date or credited toward a future event. No cash refunds will be issued.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Fit Father Project, The Fit Mother Project, their faculty, employees, agents, and the Arizona Grand Resort are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your attendance at or participation in the event.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
